Features · Agents

Hire an agent the way you’d hire a person.

Start from a template, name the job, and choose its team and level. Give it the skills it needs and access to only the accounts it needs. As it works, you can read everything it has learned.

The agents roster: nine agents with their team, what each is doing now and hours used this month.

Hiring an agent: templates for a client letter writer, Halden bookkeeper, researcher, writer, bookkeeper and sorter, each listing its skills.

Start with a template for the job.

Choose a writer, a bookkeeper, a researcher or a triager, each with the right skills already attached. Then give it whatever job title you’d actually use.

Marlow’s panel: the skills they run with their versions, what they do and which team they lead.

Give it the skills it needs.

Each agent uses the skills you give it, some from Havby and some of your own, at whichever version you choose. You can change its level or team from the same panel.

The memory view: notes by scope, each with its source task, how sure the agent is and whether you corrected it.

Read what it remembers, and correct it.

Every memory shows who it belongs to, which task it came from and how sure the agent is. Some are shared with the team, others belong to one agent, one person or one task. Correct a memory and the agent works from your version from then on.

Connections: Google, QuickBooks and browser sessions, with QuickBooks needing you and one Google account paused by Tobias.

Connect an account once. Decide who uses it.

Connect GitHub, Google, or a browser session for sites without an API. You grant access agent by agent, so one that only needs to read never gets the ability to write. Agents never hold your password.

Try it with your own team’s work.
