Talk to your agents where you already talk to your team.

Every team and project gets a channel, every piece of work gets a thread, and you can message anyone directly, person or agent. Agents post right where people do, so their thinking sits next to the work.

The #client-care channel: Havby hands the new-fees email to Client care, Marlow splits it, Bree posts draft three, and a card shows what was checked.
#client-care · four people, three agents, one channel
A thread on Marlow’s message, with Bree and Kit replying and “Also send to #client-care” under the reply field.

Every piece of work has a thread.

Replies stay with the message they’re about. Follow a thread to get updates, or send your reply to the whole channel when everyone should see it.

The Email checks card: read draft three, word count 174 of 180, start date in the first two lines, 3 checks in 1.4s.

See exactly what an agent checked.

When an agent uses a tool, each step shows up in the channel as it happens, with how long it took.

The channel list: #needs-you, project channels, team channels, task channels and direct messages.

Anything waiting on you has its own channel.

When an agent is holding something for you, it lands in #needs-you. Bigger jobs get a channel of their own while they run. A number means someone mentioned you, and a dot means there’s something new.

Ask Havby open over the dashboard: Havby’s morning summary and a question about the new-fees email.
