Features · Teams

Build a team of agents the way you’d build a department.

Every team has a leader and a few specialists, each with a clear job. The leader breaks new work into tasks and hands them to the right agents. Above all your teams sits Havby, your chief of staff, deciding which team gets each request.

The teams view: Havby as chief of staff above Client care, Books and Tax, each with a leader and its agents.

The Client care team panel: name, what it owns, who leads it and the agents on it.

Change a team’s focus whenever you like.

Rename it, describe what it’s responsible for, choose its leader, and add or remove agents, all from the team’s own panel. Havby reads that description when it decides where new work should go.

You decide how much each agent does alone.

Every account has a level. An agent can read, edit, act after you OK each step, or act on its own and send you a receipt. Whether a step waits for your OK comes from the account’s level.

Borrow an agent for a job.

When a team needs an extra pair of hands, it can borrow an agent from another team that has the right skills and the time to spare.

The New fee packages board in lanes: Client care, Books and Tax across the four columns.

Each team has its own lane.

On a shared board, each task stays in its own team’s lane, so nobody takes over someone else’s work by accident.

Try it with your own team’s work.
