Features · Tasks and boards

Write a task in a sentence, then watch it move.

Describe the task the way you’d say it out loud, and the team picks it up. The card moves from Not started to Doing to Done as the work happens, and stops in Needs you whenever it’s waiting on a person.

The task board for the whole workspace: Not started, Doing, Needs you and Done, with due dates, checklists and hours on the cards.
Everything · three teams, nine agents, one board
Two cards: HAV-214, the new-fees email, with three of five checked and 2.1 of 4 hours used, and HAV-218 beside it, due today.

Each card shows what matters right now.

A due date appears when it’s a week away and turns red if it slips. Checklist progress appears after the first tick, and hours appear once half the estimate is used.

The task sheet for HAV-214: stage, what you asked for, details, a checklist and the agents working on it.

Everything else is one click away.

Open a card to see its owner, due date, hours, priority and milestone, with the checklist below and the agents working on it alongside. You can move it, put it on hold or park it for later from the same place.

HAV-226, the Moreno Bakery year-end letter, blocked by HAV-215, preparing Moreno Bakery's corporate return.

Blocked work waits its turn.

A task that’s blocked by another stays in its column, dimmed, with the reason beside it. As soon as the blocker is done, it starts again on its own.

Repeating tasks: chasing everything unpaid over 30 days every Tuesday, a Monday summary of client emails into #client-care, and sorting the document inbox each morning.

Set up the weekly jobs once.

A repeating task creates a fresh card on schedule, for the agent and channel you chose. Sable chases unpaid invoices every Tuesday at 07:00 without anyone having to ask.

Try it with your own team’s work.
