SharePoint
Agents browse the SharePoint sites you can reach, find and read their files, pages and lists, and add new things. Deleting, publishing a page or changing a list that keeps no history waits for a person.
Live
What an agent can do at each level.
You set a level for each team on each account, and you can give any agent its own setting on top. Every account starts at No access, and each level includes everything in the one before it. If an agent reads something it can’t trust, like an email or a web page, it drops one level until that task ends.
