You set a level for each team on each account, and you can give any agent its own setting on top. Every account starts at No access, and each level includes everything in the one before it. If an agent reads something it can’t trust, like an email or a web page, it drops one level until that task ends.

Can read

Reads and searches. Changes nothing.

Can edit

Drafts and edits. Nothing goes out, and nothing is deleted.

Contacts come with the Gmail connection. Connect Gmail and an agent with Can read on it can look people up.
