Agents read presentations slide by slide. Creating a deck, from scratch, from notes or from a template, still waits for a person, and a new deck can be moved to the trash again. Editing an existing deck always waits for a person.

What an agent can do at each level.
You set a level for each team on each account, and you can give any agent its own setting on top. Every account starts at No access, and each level includes everything in the one before it. If an agent reads something it can’t trust, like an email or a web page, it drops one level until that task ends.
