AI agents for PowerPoint
Agents find presentations in OneDrive and SharePoint and read them. Making a copy of a deck, or saving a new version of one, waits for a person.
Live
What you can hand off
Read the deck before the meeting
Summarizes a deck slide by slide so you can skim it.
Find the latest deck
Answers “where’s the client pitch?” with a link, not a search.
Start from your template
Copies your deck template for a new client once you approve.
Set it up in three steps
- 1Connect OneDrive or SharePointPowerPoint files live there. Sign in with your Microsoft account. Nothing is shared until you choose.
- 2Pick a level for each teamEvery account starts at No access. Choose Can read or Can act with your OK.
- 3Ask for the jobMention it in a channel or ask your assistant. The receipt names the agent and what it did.
What an agent can do at each level.
You set a level for each team on each account, and you can give any agent its own setting on top. Every account starts at No access, and each level includes everything in the one before it. If an agent reads something it can’t trust, like an email or a web page, it drops one level until that task ends.
Can read
Reads and searches. Changes nothing.Find presentations and read them
Can edit
Drafts and edits. Nothing goes out, and nothing is deleted. Can act with your OK
Also sends, pays, shares and deletes, after you OK each one. At Can act on its own, which only the workspace owner can choose, these happen without asking.Make a copy of a small deck
Save a whole new version of a deck
Can act on its own. Sends, pays, shares and deletes without asking. You get a receipt for each. Nobody checks anything before it goes out.
Works through OneDrive and SharePoint: connect either one and an agent reaches the PowerPoint files there. Agents work with the whole file, not with single slides.
